Through 1:1 sessions, small group work or tailored workshops, I facilitate creative expression in safe, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming spaces.
Sessions can take place in your home, at our welcoming base at The Nook Wellbeing Space, or within schools, youth organisations or mental health settings. My approach nurtures confidence, connection and growth through art-making and creative exploration.

I offer in-house consultancy and hands-on support for schools, colleges and other educational settings.
Working with staff teams or individuals, I help to deepen understanding around neurodivergent identity, engagement and behaviour. Together, we develop inclusive strategies, practical tools and confident approaches to ensure neurodivergent learners can thrive, participate and feel understood.

Drawing on both lived and professional experience, I deliver comprehensive neurodivergence training across the UK. My sessions cover areas such as Autism, and Tourette Syndrome, and I also provide specialist training for neurodivergent people who may be seeking greater self-understanding and acceptance.
With a background that includes training over 5,000 police officers through the College of Policing, more than 1,000 NHS professionals, and extensive delivery to education staff across Cornwall, my training blends evidence-based practice with real-life insight. I also support parents and carers through practical workshops on navigating SEND systems, including EHCPs, the Graduated Response, and working effectively with schools and local authorities.

Grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience as an autistic person and professional, my goal is to promote understanding, acceptance and tangible change across communities and services.
